Meet Ms. Jessie

My name is Sarah Jessie and I am so excited to be your child's second grade teacher this school year. I previously taught at Liberty Elementary School and am happy to begin my second year at Crestwood Elementary. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Education at Bellarmine University. I received my Bachelors degree from Western Kentucky University (Go Hilltoppers!) where I also had the experience to teach abroad in Barcelona, Spain. I am originally from Bullitt County, Kentucky but currently live in the great city of Louisville.

Teaching has always been my passion and it's truly what I love to spend my days doing. I believe in holding all students to high expectations and providing students with multiple opportunities to learn and grow each day. My goal is to give students a safe and loving learning environment where they will learn through highly engaging, fun and meaningful learning activities.

This year we will each spend our days growing as learners. I look forward to you joining us on this journey!
